Let your Design Manager know you have an urgent request and they will do their best to do a fast turnaround.
Yes, we send source files of finalized designs on request.
If you are on the yearly plan, your contract will terminate after 12 months. If you are on the monthly plan, you can let your Account Manager know you are wishing to stop services and they will ensure you are no longer billed after that month.
Can you do rush work?
Yes, we will do our absolute best! Please reach out to your Design Manager to discuss timelines and due dates.
